OBS Lagging Via Stream

My stream has a random like 5 minute video delay and Idk why. I've tried ending stream multiple times and restarting but it doesn't fix it. https://obsproject.com/logs/zIrYg3Jq5psewJ6R

What sites are you streaming to? I see this vertical encoder here:

You shouldn't be streaming using CQP, you should be using CBR CQP for recording is fine, just not streaming Also on a less important note but you seem to have a lot of video and image sources which aren't being decoded correctly - something is wrong with those media files and you should either clear out unused & problematic sources or fix them Also you should definitely enable browser acceleration unless you've had issues with it previously

The errors you are seeing are from a cheapo capture card I believe And the vertical is the backtrack clips
