Error: 403 Forbidden

Hello, every time I try to deploy my applicatin from GitHub on Railway, I get this error. But when I try to deploy it from Heroku, it works without a problem. What could be the cause. This is the link to the github rep that I am trying to deploy: https://github.com/Ajla115/midtermtest I hope somebody can help me.

Please provide your project ID or reply with N/A. Thread will automatically be closed if no reply is received within 10 minutes. You can copy your project's id by pressing Ctrl/Cmd + K -> Copy Project ID.

try moving your web contents (index.html, etc) into an /app folder
