gap in Z seam
I have a nasty gap in Z seam.
Things i tried:
3 different slicers.
Set Zseam gap to 0
Retraction to minimum 0.4 and still holes
Pressure advance set to 0.00 in slicer and config..
Slicers tried:
Orca
Super
Cura
Nozzle diameter s set correctly in slicer and firmware.. im lost.. please help
Must be a setting ive missed somewhere
Printer specs:
Chc pro hotend .6 ruby nozzle
Octopus+2209 24v rpi4
Orbiter v2 ldo1004ahg extruder
300/300/300 machine
Filament with this issue: all
Prusament pla
Prusament petg
Prusament cf pc
Polyterra pla's
Eryone petg
Esun abs+.

have you tried it with pressure advance set? that can definiltey cause this issue

Even have it with 0.000 pressure advance, as this is also what i thought..
Small update.. i ran the "performance" config (got a 120mm Corsair sp120 right above my octopus)...
When i change to the uncooled config . This hole issue seems absent (just blobs because no pressure advance and retraction, wich s easily sorted)
Now...i am completely lost

Set_z gap to 0.. now it has a bulge, wich would indicate too low pressure advance.. wich (tuned on performance cfg with the holes) could be very possible
