how can I install iris on an existent fabric profile with other mods already loaded?

Iris is a regular fabric mod, you can put it in the mods dir with all the rest (and its matching sodium version)
You'll need to download the version from here: https://modrinth.com/mod/iris instead of the installer from the website, if that's what you meant
