I can't do login to https://drataullah.com and https://admin.drataullah.com/dashboard for the last 3+ hours.
Can you please help me to find out the issue?

again, this is more likely an issue with your app, not railway
railway did have a little issue earlier, but it has long since been solved
when was the issue of railway?

what does that error message pertain to specifically? a failed connection attempt to a database?

app is running on railway , application is deployed successfully , while starting the app it shows the message

it's a clear message strapi server ip is refusing the connection. It's not an api connection issue or database connection issue rather server running issue on strapi server as connection is refused from the strapi

well then you need to find out why your strapi app is unresponsive, again, unlikely to be a railway issue

It seems in database there us no data, is it causing the issue. Data vanished from database since new incidents

Strapi is known to be flaky

it is a strapi application and was running properly befeore the incident, we have deployed it 3-5 days back
do you have pool.min set to be 0 in your strapi database config? it can be significantly less flakey is you set that
also, it's unfortunate but the data and query tabs in the database plugins are not the most reliable, please check you database with a desktop tool like pgadmin
I will check that. restarting the database trigger this error

Remote Ip is refusing the connection
so after couple of try it crashed
it is being looked into 🙂
Exact codebase is running on anothe railway server that's working ok

forgive me, i was wrong in saying that it was an issue with your app, but please next time do your best to narrow down the issue so that theres less back and forth and the team can get to fixing issues faster! 🙂
@Dr. Ataullah's Tutorial - I guess a kinder way to put it is that it help us if you show that you tried everything to handle the project before we can run a investigation on our platform.

To be true it was a clear message that app is unable to connect the host ip , If an app is unable to access from a specific host, there is some issue regarding the server not the application itself .Anyway thanks for your effort. I think From both side we should be more compassionate.🙂
