really low fps
affter reinstalling minecraft and iris, I have low fps constantly (between 10 and 20) in the same scenarios that I had 200 fps (same pc specs)

I am using essential mods, but I tried deleting them and nothing changed

it looks like you've hit some kind of fallback to software/CPU rendering, I'd post a game log
that one?
Are you running minecraft under VMware? It's not got access to the GPU and is using software rendering.
I'm surprised you had it working before, you usually have to do hacks like GPU-passthru to play games in vmware.
What is vmware
its a virtual machine to emulate things

i am running it on my fisical pc
no virtual machines
it was something from java, I reinstalled it and worked
