How to disable "no matched found for" error?

How can i disable this error, at least during development? Reason: I am using Layers feature and the base contains all the routing, including the Header and the Footer with all the links. But the pages are defined in the other Layers, hence this error message. It's also pretty annoying if you are migrating pages, as you would have to create all pages vue files in-order for nuxt to run.
