I tried relinking it and still nothing
remuxing did not work
Is this the same issue you had before with fragmented MP4's

I'm using plain old normal mkvs
What codec are you using
for both video and audio
I did use that batch file to split the audio tracks
What encoding settings ae you using for nvenc
