Github-Railway Account Linking Limitations
Hello Railway Team,
I'm reaching out from our startup studio regarding a limitation with the Railway system. Currently, only a single Github account can be linked to a Railway account, causing an issue for us as we need to link multiple Railway accounts to a single Github account.
Each of our new projects has a dedicated "Bot" Github account for CI/CD, but these fresh accounts aren't accepted by Railway. This combination of constraints poses a significant hurdle for us.
I'm hoping there's a potential solution or workaround that can accommodate our situation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as we highly value our partnership with Railway and are keen to continue using your platform effectively.
Best,
Edouard

Sounds to me like you should be on a teams Railway account and use an enterprise Github account
Put all your repos on the enterprise account and host them from the team account
@Adam As an agency we can't be the owner of the Railway accounts. Each of our customer need to have its own Railway account that we manage.
Also, we need separate accounts to isolate access between projects for security reasons
okay so a customer creates a railway account on the teams plan and github account, links the two, then hands over the credentials for you to manage
I don't see issues there, or the need to link the same github to multiple railway accounts
The freshly created Github account is not accepted by railway :
it would be on the teams plan
which is the account you would need to be using for this use case
as I remember we took a team plan but the github account was rejected anyways
that should not be the case at all, that would have been a bug
ok. I will try again. I'll let you know if the issue persists
sounds good
thanks for your help
no problem
