Cant pay bills because card has been declined
Hello, I cant pay the bills and the error says that my card has been declined. So I try with different card and it still shows that my card is declined. I also have tried it using link, but it says the same. I can't use cashapp because of region lock. Anyone can help me?

and somehow when i check the response payload, i notice that it has INTERNAL SERVER ERROR. despite, i dont know if it's related or not
