✅ TimeZoneInfo

I need a TimeZoneInfo of Germany. In germany the timezone changes between CET (utc+1) and CEST (utc+2) depending what time of the year it is. Does TimeZoneInfo.FindSystemTimeZoneById("Central European Standard Time") respect both CET and CEST? Cuz docs say this is (utc+1). Is there a way to respect both or do I have to check myself what time of year it is and increase the offset from utc myself?

I think you can work with TimeZoneInfo.IsDaylightSavingTime()), but I believe it respects CET and CEST
