Hello how are you? I have a friend who is entering the world of programming and I recommended railway to have his repository hosted, but when we tried to host it he got the following error.

unfortunately at this time if you don't meet the verification requirements you won't be able to use the platform, railway has to do this to curb the bad actors from abusing the platform and bringing down the quality of service for all the users.
an alternative platform that is absolutely great for learning to code is https://replit.com/
Account age is 3 months old, if it starts to get more activity more often can you reverify yourself and get the 500 hours?
The plans are being reworked soon. Their account won’t be eligible before then
Oh i understand, i know replit but he can't use because he has got sensitive information and replit is a public repository
you shouldn't be storing sensitive information in the code no matter what platform or service you run your code on
