How to redeploy services after they were removed due to running out of credits

Just taking a guess here until someone else comes along, if you goto the project does it show the last deploy? If so is there a dropdown thing next to it to re-deploy?
it only says rollback changes
no option to redeploy
I have a feeling rollback on the latest one would be the same as redeploy but since it's not "deployed" it cant re-"deploy".
I could be wrong though
pushing a new commit might also work
