When I login, error message shows: "Failed to fetch".

N/AI can't login. So I also can't tell you project ID.
Tried in an incognito/private window? Can you post a screenshot?
same issue if you open the site itself and login or just when you use the CLI?

disconnect VPN, it has logged in.
