Migration to Railway

Hello, I'm actually interested to migrate to Railway from DigitalOcean, I need help on how to do this? My Postgresql DB is using 4vCPU + 8 GB RAM, I wonder if my costs will reduce in Railway since I do pay as I go. To resume: Question 1: What can I do to migrate to railway? (i'm using docker images, droplets etc) Question 2: Can you give me an estimation of how much will cost the usage of 4vCPU + 8 GB RAM for a postgresql database?

Railway is an infrastructure platform where you can provision infrastructure, develop with that infrastructure locally, and then deploy to the cloud.

Railway does not use kubernetes. they only use containers. On the teams plan you pay 20$/month per person on your team. Anyone on your team can access the team projects as if they were their own You can't. If you want to contact the team, email [email protected]

20$ per person doesn't have anything to do with the ressources right?

Yes You have access to 32vCPU and 32GB of RAM. your app can use as much as it likes and you're charged according to the prices posted

About the storage, is it an SSD NVMe? They didn't mention if its HDD or SSD Only 2 TB

No clue. They use GCP clusters so it could be either Railway doesn't offer persistent storage, so you're better off storing files in a cloud bucket and reading them into your container
