Clogged Filament

Setup: - VC-300 - Extruder: Orbiter 2.0 - Hotend: Rapido HF - Nozzle: 0.6 - Filament: PLA Please check the attached images. I had no issues with any print settings on my VC-500 with BMG + Mosquito. The filament gets stuck in the heatblock or heatsink. I tried higher (220+215) and lower temps (200/195) and in both cases it seems like it gets stuck. Speed is very normal like on my MK3s and Z-Offset is totally fine, I even tried a bigger gap and it did extrude in the air but still the filament stuck inside the hotend. Important: when freshly and manually inserting the filament in the hot hotend I can push as much as I want through it and it looks good. It seems like with the duration of the start sequence etc. that the filament gets either too soft in the heatbreak and will stuck ...

UPDATE: I changed for the EVA3 the hotend part from Rapido to Mosquito and it's working. I would pin down the issue to either the heatbreak or the PTFE tube. When installing the Mosquito, I first mounted it completely and then pushed from top (before I have removed the extruder) the PTFE tube down until it touched the Mosquito. - Heatbreak issue cause: I have installed 2.5mm spacers between hotend and heatsink which might have caused a small gap of the heatbreak where the filament could stick. - PTFE tube issue cause: it might have been too short resulting in a gap where the filament could stick. I will retry this hotend once I have received enough PTFE tube to reinstall it ...
