can not find a way to add a file in the deployment

Hi, I am trying to deploy a node js backend which uses firebase auth. For that i need to add a google application credential file. I have not pushed this to github but i definetly want it on the machine running so that i can provide a path to the same in env variables. Any Idea how to do it ?
