trying to instal iris
help, im trying to install iris from the offical page but it keeps downloading as a winrar file, not the program itself

That's a .jar file, it's not a winrar file, you just happen to have Winrar configured as the program used to open .jar files. You need to install Java, and then you can run the .jar file which is the installer.
