Also the Bed does a weird Noise its like a high pitched noise
but only when i start a print when i manually set a temp it just heats up no problem and also it does not make the weird noise
Can't help you without pictures of your bed wiring and your printer.cfg.

So what changed?
This looks fine.
My guess is you're dealing with a loose connection

I did some updates in Rat os and changed the controller fan to a Noctua 4010 and the toolhead to a Noctua 4020

I will try disconnecting the bed wiring and reconnecting
is that exposed wire?

Not the bed wires, but something to check regardless.
