How bad/normal/good is this?

As far as I understand the issue, it looks pretty good.
What is the size and frequency you tuned the belts to?

Well, none specifically 🙂 It is just 3.1 300 kit
I tried to check famous video about resonances, but honestly not ready admit I understood everything. Currently I'm concerned about this strange spike on lower (blue) belt. But maybe because it is at 125Hz - it is something around EVA and normal?
Also, I use EBB42 and its mount not very rigid and bends along Y axis a lot more
looks a bit loose then. I have 400 and my X resonance is around 72Hz.
well, I don't see any spikes on your X/Y. Cannot say what it might be on your belt tension graph, not sure how important it is if axes are fine.
