Yes that. Also probably a mistake to have both the Connected Glass mod and Continuity, as the latter does what the former does.

Yeah so I have vanilla tweaks and i guess even with continuity the glass still wont connect. dunno why
If you're using Continuity, it has its own built in resource pack for connected glass. Using another one like vanilla tweaks will probably mess things up.
Though it probably depends on the order of the packs are listed in the screen.
But of course, the main issue is that Continuity will never work without Indium.
