X axis wave on 500mm
I got it from a 0.8 to 0.22 by adjusting the frame a bit.
But now, I'm assuming I have an issue with my gantry from this mesh.
Is there a recommended way to assemble or fix this?
I have the carbon fiber gantry with every other bolt hole populated.

Try a mesh without your print bed in place. Measure just the magnetic sheet (and bed) since the wave is consistent on one axis only, I'll bet it's related to how you laid down the mag sheet. (how you pressed it down while removing the backsheet)
You may find you can simply re-roll the mag sheet a bid to squeeze out that 'hump'
