chuck the spike on the thing that holds the ziplines. any agent. first one, spawn side, jump and throw at the peak of your jump. second one, still jump and throw third one, its a HUD lineup, so you have to line up the left part of the little bar between your abilities with the corner of the shadow inside the red light, then jump and throw at the peak.
