I bought a sound and didnt get it (Omnipoint A)
I bought the sound, lost keycaps and dont have it, could someone help please?

are you using V2? Can you also press CTRL + R to refresh the app?
Yes im using V2, and i refreshed, closed and opened the app and even restarted my pc, and nothnigs has happened

mecha.store file, and then your mecha.log in the userData folder in %appdata%/mechakeys/.media
You can just paste that into your file explorer and find both filesokay sure

The keycap deduction happens on the server, if you lost keycaps that means the user data was patched and purchase went through (probably)
For now, it isnt
I ran an account audit and all the numbers are matching up
you have earned 1579 keycaps and spent 1510 keycaps, leaving 69
if anything you have 500 too many due to Fero's generosity
I can account for the 1579 earned and spent in duplicate records
so, unless you can show me the the source of the missing 1500 you claim has spontaneously vanished across two events...

that 500 keycaps that were "missing" were cause i bought the cherry mx white and the corsair mouse, the other 1000 was for the Omnipoint A, unless the keycaps were bugged and thats cause it didn't went through
But if you cant do anything, theres no problem with me

we've added up the keycaps you've earned in the discord (we log this)
we've added up the costs of the purchases in your account
and we've corroborated that with the total amount of keycaps spent in your account, as well as what items you own - the only way this can be increased is through purchases in mechakeys (the discord does not count)

It seems very unlikely that the backend would error out and you would lose keycaps (since you are the only one experiencing this on this level). especially since purchasing is a single event (removal of keycaps and receiving the item happen in a single pass). the chance of this happening twice in a row on one singular person is so unlikely that the only conclusion we can come to is that you're trying to cheat us for keycaps.
however, we're not going to say that you are, and thus we won't go down that route, but we can't do anything further for you.
