No Wlan connection when HDMI Display is connected

I'm getting crazy with my PI4 2GB with Ratos 2.0.1. on my V-Minion. As soon as I connect my 7" Waveshare HMDI display the PI boots without WIFI network and show RatOS as Hotspot. Network via RJ45 is running ok (if connected). In Kipperscreen I can see my network but I'm not able to connect with it. Also via configure I get no connection. Without Display the Pi logs in by wifi without any problems. Is this a known issue and how can I solve this.

Meanwell 5V 5A connected via GPIO 2x5V 2xGND But original Pi4 Power Adapter shows the same result.

just to rule things out: .) try another hdmi cable .) connect another display (maybe your TV) HDMI should always work... so maybe also try to boot your pi and then connect the display (just for testing)

Cables are all checked, also Display. I have 1x Waveshare 7" C and 1x Waveshare 7" H, all Displays and cables are cross-checked. Working on the V-Core 3.1 but not on the V-Minion. When I connect the Display after booting it remains black, is not detected and everything is fine
