you're going to need to give more information. if it's your app it could be a number of issues.
are you far away from the place where railways hosts their servers?
is your internet connection having issues?
is your app fast on another server and/or your local machine?
also for the record im just a random user trying to help. so sorry if i cant resolve the issue.

im hosting a testing apis
and its takes alot to load
before a week its faster than now
but now its very slow
i think there is update or something on the server that why i came to ask if there is a solutions for the delay
and how much is the internet speed on railway
that really didn't add much information, so like Luna said, you are going to need to give more information. what exactly takes "a lot of time to load"? GET requests? POST file uploads? ping times, be as specific as possible.
give examples that we can test ourselves, the more information you can provide the better chance we have at helping you
