yesterday i clicked about almost 500k and i woke up its all gone
So yesterday i clicked about 500k im pretty sure and today i woke up and opend mechakeys found out that my clicks was resetted set back?

and you are gonna ask me how did you get all of those clicks🤨 first i play Minecraft and drag click i get about 30-40 cps and i did the for like a hour playing minecraft 2nd i have this change volume thingy where i change the volume counts as a click so i was changing it
i have my sounds muted and i have on for the entire day and it dosnt bother me when i play
is this in regard to the count or just for rewards?

and that effects my leaderbord score and i wont get my rewards faster and i have to click 500k moore
I'll just clarify what they all are:
keystrokes - total count both online and offline delta strokes - local strokes that have yet to be synced offline strokes - strokes that occurred with sync disable or were rejected by the server
oh i had 1k then it stopped then i had like 500 rn
so if your data were
keystorkes: 500,000 deltastrokes: 0 offline: : 500,000i could conclude you were either in offline mode or were more likely rejected by the server

how long did you use it that day that you accumulated 500k?
cuz it should try to sync regularly, it would be weird to lose everything
i didnt see any obvious errors during the signed in session

will i get my clicks back
unfortunately there's no way to do that atm
My guess is that they were not synced due to an "inhuman" typing rate
but they should be in offline strokes
if it happens again or you figure out some potential cause please let us know and I'll look into it

because i drag click i get 40 clicks per second and i did the consitnetly if you know minecraft and briging hypxiel everything and i was drag clicking for a hour and it thought i was auto clicking but thanks anyways for trying
