nested createOptionForm
i have a select component with createOptionForm and i want to put another select with createOptionForm inside it. When i clicked the child createOptionForm button, the parent modal disappeared. is there any solution to make this work?

At present if i remember correctly, there is no way at present in the current version but was added in V3 IIRC
