Field property under repeater always become default value

Hi I'm using custom field under the repeater, and i want to change the input property when event dispatched, but instead it always become default value. is there has a way to hold the property changes when event dispatched?

before using repeater this technique is works but when i move to the repeater it's like changes my property value for rendering Hi any somebody can help me?
