Cant get the belt tension "equal"

so i have been trying to get the graph to put out the same values but i cant, the lower belt always is lower than the upper one no matter what i do. made sure the belt are exactly the equal lengths and the gantry is square. when i tighten the belts so the gantry is kept square it still doesnt do anything and tightening the lower belt a little more also doesnt do much other than increase the overall tension.

missing the x peak on the lower belt, check the lower belt idler on the xy joiner.
