bandwidth alliance
Railway being on GCP, does that mean it's part of the bandwidth alliance If I transfer data from another bandwidth alliance provider to or from railway? For example from backblaze to railway, or from railway to cloudflare CDN?

at the moment railway has unlimited inbound network bandwidth, and 100gb of outbound network bandwidth
and as far as I know it's 100gb outbound regardless of where the data is going
Is there a way to know for sure? This would be pretty important for us, as we move many TB of data each month between backblaze, our servers and our cloudflare CDN
