help for deploy

I tried to deploy my app vite+react on package.json I setting up, npm start to run npx vite --host 0.0.0.0:$PORT then on the log I read this error, I am not pretty sure with this error

 error when starting dev server:
Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND 0.0.0.0:5446
