FPS stays good for some time before turning into 14-15 fps. Changing shaders temp fixes it.

I use minecraft 1.19.2 and im experiencing this issue where if i use any shaders at all no matter how demanding they are my fps isnt that bad but after sometime it goes down to 10-20 fps even if the shader is very light. I found a temporary fix to this which is switching shaders. for example if im using complementary and the fps goes down ill switch to a different shader then back to complementary and it will start working with good fps again. i am using iris 1.6.2 and sodium 0.4.4 with fabric.
