Can't get shaders on Iris working...
Hey! I'm new to modding, and after doing a lot of research, I've tried to get a shader through Iris. Through fabric on 1.19, I have Sodium 0.4.2, and Iris 1.2.6 among other mods. Eveything seems to be running smoothly, and Iris has correctly identified the "Rethnking Voxels" shader I'm wanting to use. However, despite being enabled, the shader is not changing anything. And when I try to change a setting, hitting apply in Iris just reverts the settings to the default. Any idea what the problem could be? I'm happy to provide screen shots/recordings

The issue is that, that’s an ancient version of iris
Many many shaders won’t work on that version
yeah I was wondering if that was it, but it was the only thing that worked with sodium 0.4.2
Oh.... also I'm running on an M1 processor, looks like that might be an issue too, is that correct?
Iris dropped 1.19 support long ago, it supports 1.19.4
M series doesn’t work with many shaders
dang, know any off the top of your head that are supported?
Sildurs and basic reimagined maybe but unlikely

does Iris itself support M1?

Latest iris version is 1.6.2, latest sodium is 0.4.11

1.2.6 is ancient and you will get very little luck and support
hmm there are some other mods I want to install like LambdaBetterGrass that only support 1.19.2 currently. If I install Iris 1.6.2, will that be able to run on 1.19.2?

You would need to update to 1.19.4
