menu text turns into blank white squares when using iris-mc1.19.4-1.6.1
When I enable Iris, my menu text turns into blank squares.
I'm using:
- minecraft 1.19.4
- fabric-loader-0.14.19-1.19.4
- continuity-3.0.0-beta.21.19.3
- fabric-api-0.80.0+1.19.4
- indium-1.0.17+mc1.19.4
- iris-mc1.19.4-1.6.1
- lithium-fabric-mc1.19.4-0.11.1
- phosphor-fabric-mc1.19.x-0.8.1
- sodium-fabric-mc1.19.4-0.4.11+build.26
- sodium-fabric-mc1.19.4-0.4.11+build.26-api
on Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS, on an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 690.
Furthermore, if I try to load a world, my game crashes.
I've attached a screenshot and my latest.log.
When I remove Iris from my mods folder, while keeping every other mod, everything works as expected (the menu has regular text, I can load worlds, etc).
Is this an issue with Iris, or some other mod? Thanks for your help!

You need to use Iris 1.6.2 with Sodium 0.4.11, not 1.6.1.
oo, for some reason i thought i had the latest version but i didn't. it works now with iris 1.6.2! thanks!
sorry to update this but I'm having the same issue and version 1.6.2 of iris doesn't seem to exist on 1.19.4, is there anything i can do?
we had to pull 1.6.2 due to a bug
it’ll come back soon
okay thxies
@nora★ 1.6.3 is up
thank you
Same issue with 1.6.3. Took a while to narrow Iris down as the culprit.
can confirm^
you have an incompatible sodium or indium
ya 0.4.10 works
thx
