I have a large shadow following me, always to the north
I don't know where to start, I came back to Minecraft since many years and installed Iris. I use Complimentary shaders, also tried BSL because I have a large shadow ruining my videos and screenshots, please see attachments.
The shadow changes form, on a server it is a shadow of a tree or could sometimes, reloading shaders does not change it.
I have no idea of what it could be or what causes it.
I have tried to adjust almost everything in the Video settings, to no avail.
I have tried also fabric loader, but it has the same result, so this is maybe not even Iris related?
Any help is appreciated.

haveyou tried another shader?
try seus
actually that may beuseless
but what if it's a bsl specific issue
Thanks for ideas, the shadow is hanging in all three shaderpacks, so maybe it's not related to those at all.
it's coming for you
Breakthrough: I think it's related to full screen / windowed game, full screen works fine, in a window I get the shadow almost every time. I need more testing for what the window size does to the shadow. But full screen (4K) takes 190 Watts where the windowed (less than 1/4 of pixels) takes almost no power at all. I prefer the windowed version for playability.
Do you have an overlays on your system?
Oh, Bandicam probably is an overlay! I've been using it to take the videos and photos 😄
I tried it now and yes, that apparently was the reason. Thank you.
