The extrusion direction is reversed at orbiter
when I put G1 E+~ F~ in console, filament is unloded.
so I change to ! e_dir_pin
I put G1 E+~ F~ in console, filament is loaded. but when I press the filament load button, filament is unload.
How should I do ?
I'm building V-core and this is my first time using orbiter.

look for dir_pin under [extruder] in printer.cfg, it's already there for you to change.
I just noticed you already mentioned you changed that. You're probably just in absolute extrusion mode (this is default in all firmware). Use the mainsail interface buttons, so you don't confuse yourself.
If the retract / extrude buttons works in that panel, it's set up correctly and you can move on

It shows Eetrude temp <170 and I can't click EXTRUDE.
how can i fix it?
Heat your hotend. That's a safety feature.
