corsair rm650 2021 650w. with rog strix 4070ti? safe?
Hello please help! I got a bit impatient not I want the Ti version. I see some post saying the 4070ti cn run with 650w psu 80+gold. I don't plan to over clock. But all the verison of rog strix 4070ti is oc version. Is it safe? I don't know how muc wattage my pc is using. I have i5 9600k cpu, 5 fans, rgb gpu sag holder, 1 ssd, 1 2tb hard river, trident 32gb ram. And I plan to have a dual monitor 3440x2560p, and 1920x1080p.
I have 2 Bluetooth dongle. Is 650w okay

And as for overclocking, even if you don't manually do it, modern GPU's automatically overclock themselves as long as they can pull more power, voltage, and aren't overheating. Even with that in mind, you should be fine
You can cap the power usage of the GPU with a tools like MSI afterburner if you're concerned

As long as the 9600K isn't overclocked then it should be fine, sitting around 500W under load

In Canada are there special deals like free ram when buying 4070?
Probably not, they usually bundle either CPU with RAM, CPU with motherboard, or RAM with motherboard
You can check newegg and amazon for bundles or deals
