logs not appearing on my dev instance
hello I have a production instance and a dev one, prod does print out everything but dev never does

have you tried redeploying? and are you sure your app is set to print to stdout/stderr when running in dev mode and not a log file?
yes i ve redeployed several times
I am sure it is set to print to stdout, it was always doing it too and then stopped
I also have a dev plan. I've noticed that somewhat infrequently, after a deploy, I don't get deployment logs from my application. Redeploying works, but kind of frustrating that I want to debug something and don't see the logs so I have to redeploy to try again.

Yeah redeployment has generally fixed it for me. This has been happening to me basically every other deployment now though
