This is the wrong log to figure out this issue as we can't tell if you have the wrong versions of the mods. Please make sure you have iris 1.6.1 and sodium 0.4.10 for 1.19.4 downloaded via modrinth
If you have that/are unable to check yourself please provide a full log
How to get a log file:
Game logs can be found in the
logs sub-directory in .minecraft on clients, or the logs sub-folder of the server directory for servers. We're probably interested in the file named latest.log, which you can drag and drop into Discord.Tag requested by Mithos23#5803
