CB1 board and OV2659 Cam

Can’t seem to get this camera working, I’ve tried a lot of different combinations or ports and index0 and index1. Someone mentioned I had a space in the wrong place for the by-ID path, I addressed that mistake but still no camera output?

One issue I’m seeing people mention online is that the USB ports on the pi4b adaptor don’t get enough power if not using a 3amp PSU

The only board I've had that didn't have this issue, particularly when you add in a Logitech C920 either on a hub or directly in, was the Jetson Nano when I still had it. I'm guessing that was because it was being powered using the barrel connection rather than usb, the advice was often to use the official power supply but that never fixed it. The Pi Zero 2 to Pi 3 board from Waveshare I gave up trying to use cameras on at all so usb OTG seems to make the problem worse. I have been able to get them working randomly depending on what image I have booted the various Pi Zeros from and sometimes messing about with V4L2 would make one suddenly come alive which would suggest a driver problem. I was hoping that CSI cameras might work with the CB1 but it seems not, I can't find any proper documentation on those dip switches but that one of them is related to usb OTG makes me wonder if a solution is in there somewhere I've also had the C920 work with Crowsnest while running on the Pi Zero 2 with an unpowered hub which I hadn't realised was still plugged in which makes me think that V4L2 and whether the camera is defined by id or just set to auto is probably the place to find a reliable solution The issue not happening with the Jetson Nano might also be explained by the fact that nvidia could never be relied on to keep anything consistent between new SDK images, often literally forgetting to include entire features or breaking others.
