Railway keeps removing my deployments even after they are successfully deployed

i rolled back to old deployment

They are deploying successfully then getting removed automatically right after
Well, it isn't only railway.
I tried to deploy it to render.com and same happens I don't know what's wrong with it
likely something risky detected
I just added a anchor tag on each individual data that's it
