Yes! Now i wrote to Tebex again that they check their configuration for me but there is a problem to

Gitbook also uses Cloudflare for SaaS so itll be the same issue - In both cases, does the providers panel show the domain as verified?
Can you share both subdomains with me, either here or in DM?

um he tells me i have open bills when i want to add my paypal account to pay them cloudflare tells me that my account is blocked and i can't pay the bill
Ah that may be causing issues on your account - can you go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and open a Billing support ticket?

So I said I opened the ticket, I'm still waiting for help, but you did a great job!
Okay i did Following i Asked a friend if he could add the domain to his account and he did it. Same Error but no Billing Problems so why is the problem still there? @Erisa | Support Engineer

I found out that you only need Saas when you have customers who want own CNames. so Tebex and Gitbook are having it so it should work like for my friends
