So to confirm, you followed the instructions here and added your domain in their panel? https://docs.tebex.io/store/configuring-your-webstore/subdomain-and-custom-domain#configuring-your-custom-domain-in-the-tebex-control-panel And then a dded a DNS-only CNAME and got the error 1014 CNAME Cross-User Banned?

Yes! Now i wrote to Tebex again that they check their configuration for me but there is a problem to i have the some problem as Gitbook if i want to connect my cname it comes the error 1014

Gitbook also uses Cloudflare for SaaS so itll be the same issue - In both cases, does the providers panel show the domain as verified? Can you share both subdomains with me, either here or in DM?

wait now again refresh a few times not the same error now its ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS from my browser okay no it changed nothing did you find out something? Found out i have a bill to pay. i will pay it quickly um he tells me i have open bills when i want to add my paypal account to pay them cloudflare tells me that my account is blocked and i can't pay the bill

Ah that may be causing issues on your account - can you go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and open a Billing support ticket?

it fixed it self now I've looked through a few more things and haven't found anything. Have you made any progress yet?

You'll need to open a Billing support ticket at https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support Once the billing issues are resolved, we can look further if its still happening

There's still a problem on your account that's causing issues that Billing needs to resolve - I can see that but I can't fix it for you

Okay did everything! Thanks to you guys @domjh_ @Erisa | Support Engineer Great Support!!! Wish you a great day So I said I opened the ticket, I'm still waiting for help, but you did a great job! Okay i did Following i Asked a friend if he could add the domain to his account and he did it. Same Error but no Billing Problems so why is the problem still there? @Erisa | Support Engineer

I found out that you only need Saas when you have customers who want own CNames. so Tebex and Gitbook are having it so it should work like for my friends
