1) Dont cheat as you wont be able to sync
2) Use online mode if you want keystrokes to count toward awards
if you insist on cheating anyway, use offline mode and accept it wont help you get awards nor will we be able to backup that data.
(If you are not cheating and still having trouble syncing and claiming, be sure to check ur clock is set correctly)
