Shaders are completely gone and no longer will re-install
My shaders are unable to install themselves and when i tried to update them all of my iris stuff deleted itself

maybe it is your virus protection?
In that case just install iris again as described in https://github.com/IrisShaders/Iris/blob/1.18.2/docs/guide.md and download shaders from their official sources (most of them are on curseforge or modrinth)
