can't truncate, drop tables, delete database

if you can, I give you permission to delete the db. I'm unable to
still very high memory usage and all services in project are off

After deleting it with nothing connected to it?
If you just don’t connect to the DB it’s memory won’t just go down; it’ll continue to keep that stuff cached
no I could not delete it for a while and during that time it was very high resource usage while nothing was connected to it
it was also not responding to any SQL queries
or drop or truncate
make sense but that high usage extreme spike happened abruptly and was out of the usual, it also happened at the same time when operating the db was not possible
