Card Declined
I am trying to unlock the Developer plan
Everything was put in correctly (the details), but the card was still declined. There wasn't any message or Email from my bank either.
- International payments are enabled
- I am from India
- The card I am using is a Debit Card

It is likely an issue with the bank. Contact the bank to investigate the issue.

There isn't any such issue on my bank's end, I tried with a different card as well
