Bot not giving xp
I have some people who have been chatting for a lot of time and still haven't leveled up, the bot is not giving xp to them the leveling module is enabled on the dash but i have no clue whats wrong

All of them are correct, i assume to bot actually needs to see the channels where people are typing ?

is there also a way to increase the cooldown for users to get xp?
No but you can increase the global multiplier for users to gain levels faster
i want them to gain slower
it seems they are at it too fast
Then set the global multiplier lower :)
