Which intel quicksync gets used in OBS when the iGPU is enabled etc
In a scenario where the iGPU and the ARC GPU are in the same system. For example i5 13500 which has intel uhd 770 and say an ARC A750 gpu.
Whos quicksync encoder gets used when recording or streaming etc if the iGPU is enabled.

I'm pretty sure it depends on what the displayport / HDMI cable is plugged into. IF you only have the display output on the Arc card, then it'll encode with the Arc card, and vice-versa with the iGPU
If you have both connected to display outputs, then that can be 50/50 one or the other. You can force OBS to use a specific GPU in this case through the Windows settings app. Might be good to force that even when you aren't using both GPU's for display outputs

It runs quick sync based on whatever obs is running on. Just confirmed
