horrible belt tension

ok no matter how many times i tighten or loosen my belts i can never reach two nice peaks with belt tension i only ever get this crappy chart. and when i run a resonance test they are really janky. as well. could this be an issue somewhere else i should look into.

yeah lol @igor9721 i bought new belts cut them to the exact same length and started again, retightened all the screws on the EVA 3.0 carriage and also ran the wire loom in the same direction as the rest olf my wire.

now these value are low compared to others, this is from my custom made printer not a store bought kit. this is a Tronxy X5SA 500 frame, VZbot 300 X and Y motion system, a EVA 3.0 carriage and the Ratrig Tri axis Z bed system running RatOS 2.0 this is a heavily modded and custom printer, but the idea is still the same to fix it, make sure the belts are identical length

achso then these are not standard values oke! Thanks for the tip I'll check it out

yeah the main differnce is the heavy 3030 extrusion for the frame of the Ratirig, thats where it truly shines above all others, its alot strong so print speeds are higher and so are Accel on both the x and y, Y will always be lower accel since its moving the entire x gantry but yeah i also have a carbon fibre gantry so that also decreases the weight i'll be starting my mod on my True RR VC3 500 V3.0 soon which will be modded to V3.1 fully enclosed EVA 3.0 with the BTT EBB42 connection on the Carriage and an x_tube made by @d_jespersen, i might even make it an AWD V3.1 not 100% but then youll see some crazy high accel values, probably still not even close to @helgekeck but close maybe

belt binding thats why you dont have two peaks something is dampening one belt out could be belt binding, or a forgotten shim in one on the idler stacks .... also, that you should try to get rid of the peak at 125hz thats most likely the printer itself the wobbles, make sure the printer stands on a solid base this peak also sometimes is caused by a loos fan mount or a idler stack issues on the xyjoiner
